What is Pilates?
Pilates is made up of a progressive series of exercises designed to optimise body awareness, function & alignment.

Energyburst offers one to one Pilates with a fully qualified instructor as part of your block sessions or for a session by session fee.

Pilates classes are also run on a weekly basis at The Kings Club, Wimbledon Common by Energyburst Instructors. Please refer to our gym-based events section for details.
